⒊ The painting process can be divided into two types: STAIN and PAINTED. The European and Australian markets prefer STAIN treatment, and PAINTED accounts for 80% of the US and Canadian markets. All SATIN (N.C coating) means that the wood grain can still be seen after painting, and PAINTED (covering color) The wood grain is not visible at all.

⒋General NC coating line process:

Feeding → Feeder → Double-sided coloring machine → Li-bone conveyor → First-grade primer → Li-bone conveyor → Second-grade primer → Li-bone conveyor belt → Receiving material (one bottom and one side) → Follow the same procedure For the second primer, the total length of the equipment is about 75 meters.

Feeding → Primer sander → Lift conveyor belt → Dust removal machine → Topcoat machine → Lift wheel conveyor → Topcoat machine → Lift conveyor → Feeding (one side at a time) → Follow the same procedure again For the second side, the total length of the equipment is about 70 meters.

For covering color (PAINTED), the painting sequence needs to be done 2-3 times more, and the paint coating is thicker and difficult to dry.

There is also UV coating. The advantage is that the coating line is shorter because UV rays dry faster, but the paint is more expensive.
